Many of the items listed here are vintage or antique. As such, they carry the qualities of age and the variations of nature. These qualities are part of their appeal and are considered an essential element of the value and beauty of these components.
 
Please note that the metals in many vintage or antique components are unknown. So when I refer to silver or gold I am referring to the color. When I refer to 'Sterling Silver' or 'Fine Silver' I am referring to specific precious metals (sterling silver is 92.5% silver and fine silver is 99.9% silver). Gold vermeil refers to gold over sterling silver. Gold plated refers to gold over a non-precious metal base. If you ever have any questions about the metal content of a piece, please don't hesitate to ask.

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days of ordering, although during the holiday season this time might increase some. I do my best to get your items out to you as soon as possible.
 
Items are shipped USPS and tracking numbers will be provided via email once your item has shipped. We are not responsible for loss or damage once the package is in the possession of USPS. Lost packages must be reported immediately. If your package was scanned as delivered and you did not receive it, contact your local post office immediately.
 
Please double check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. We accept no responsibility for information that is entered incorrectly. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address there will be an additional shipping charge to reship the item, even if the item was originally purchased during a Free Shipping promotion.
 
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping (although we hope to in the future).

Payments are accepted through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this function, just press the ‘Check out with PayPal’ option and follow the link to pay by credit card or PayPal account. Please note - all transactions charged to credit cards will appear on your statement as from Paypal*jadesigns.

I do my best to present each item as accurately as possible. Please make sure to read the product description and look at all the visual details of the piece in the photographs BEFORE purchasing. I try to include as many details as possible for each listing so you will know what you are ordering. If you have a question please email me via the CONTACT link on this website and I will get back to you with answers as quickly as possible.
 
We will allow a return for a full refund to your original form of payment or exchange for another item (whichever you prefer), minus shipping fees if applicable, within 3 days of your purchase being delivered to you. Please email to tell us of your desire to return an item and include the reason for the return. We will send an authorization email to you. All purchases are final sale after 3 days. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been damaged or altered.
 
Shipping charges will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Items must be unused and in new condition. We highly recommend insuring your return! We accept no liability for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. These are fragile/handmade pieces so please do not ship them unprotected.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to description, pricing or other administrative error, ineligible use of promotional offer, unauthorized use of payment method, or other system error. Promotional offers may be modified or cancelled at any time. Prices and promotions are subject to change at any time. Promotions are not valid on gift cards or custom orders. Promotions are not retroactive or eligible for rain check.
 
Promotion codes must be entered at the time of checkout to be valid. They cannot be applied after checkout.
